Daniel C. David

Experience
Mr. David's practice involves all aspects of wealth preservation and estate planning, including the preparation of wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, charitable remainder trusts, and other traditional estate planning instruments.

Mr. David has extensive experience in estate, gift and generation-skipping tax planning, establishment and funding of trusts, and resolution of disputes concerning trust and probate estates. He advises and counsels individual and institutional fiduciaries and beneficiaries with respect to the administration of trusts and estates.

Mr. David also has extensive experience in real estate, corporate partnership law and with general business transactions.
