Douglas D. Rossi

Experience
Mr. Rossi's practice involves all aspects of estate planning, including the preparation of wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, charitable remainder trusts, and other traditional estate planning instruments.

Mr. Rossi advises and counsels individual and institutional fiduciaries and beneficiaries with respect to the administration of trusts and estates. He has extensive experience in the preparation of gift and estate tax returns, gift planning, establishment and funding of trusts, and resolution of disputes concerning trust and probate estates.

Mr. Rossi also counsels and advises private foundations, charitable trusts, and nonprofit organizations.
