Darryl C. Hottinger

Experience
Mr. Hottinger joined Price, Postel & Parma as a litigation associate in 2007. His practice primarily focuses upon complex litigation, general civil litigation, and construction and real estate disputes. He is an experienced trial attorney having successfully tried cases to verdict in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Alameda, and also in Tucson, Arizona.

Mr. Hottinger also has a wealth of appellate experience. As a former Deputy Attorney General, Mr. Hottinger successfully defended more than forty criminal appeals on behalf of the State of California. Mr. Hottinger continues to handle civil appeals in private practice. He has presented oral arguments before the Second Appellate District and the Fifth Appellate District of the California Courts of Appeal. His published cases include People v. Garcia (2002) 28 Cal.4th 1166 and People v. Cleveland (2001) 87 Cal.App.4th 263.
