Eric P. Hvolboll

Experience
Mr. Hvolboll's practice emphasizes zoning and land use matters as well as public agency law. He appears before local zoning boards, homeowners' associations, planning commissions, architectural committees, city councils and the board of supervisors. Mr. Hvolboll has represented numerous
applicants for major conditional use permits in controversial matters. He has handled dozens of environmental matters. Among his clients are farmers, ranchers, schools, homeowners, banks, and other institutions.

Mr. Hvolboll’s family has been involved in ranching in California since the Mexican era and he regularly advises clients involved with farming and ranching.

Mr. Hvolboll serves as general counsel to the Montecito Fire Protection District.

Mr. Hvolboll is active in civic affairs and is the past chairman of the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden.
