James H. Hurley, Jr.

Experience
Mr. Hurley's practice involves numerous business matters with an emphasis on the sale and leasing of real property, ranches, and oil and gas matters. He also deals in land use matters relating to ranches, and commercial and industrial property. He has been involved in the representation of a number of large ranches and oil properties throughout the state of California.

Mr. Hurley also practices in the area private foundations, trusts and taxation. He represents a number of trusts in relation to their investments, trustee and beneficiary matters. He has been involved in a number of historical cases in the Santa Barbara area relating to land use.
