Shereef Moharram

Experience
Mr. Moharram's practice emphasizes common interest developments, subdivision law, land use matters, and general real property law. He works closely with developers, homeowners associations, and owners of real property, as well as title insurance companies, engineers, land surveyors, accountants, and permit processors in the development of real property. Mr. Moharram also has significant experience in real estate transactions and litigation work having represented commercial and residential property owners, restaurant owners and retail business owners.
