Shereef Moharram

Experience
Mr. Moharram's practice emphasizes general real property law including common interest developments, subdivision law, and land use matters. He works closely with developers, homeowners associations, and owners of real property, as well as title insurance companies, engineers, land surveyors, accountants, and permit processors in the development of real property. Mr. Moharram also has significant experience in real estate transaction and litigation work having represented numerous commercial and residential property owners, restaurant owners and retail business owners.
