Timothy E. Metzinger

Experience
Mr. Metzinger handles a wide range of civil litigation matters, including business litigation, real estate litigation, employment litigation and probate and estate disputes. He also handles all aspects of appellate litigation, from the evaluation of a case for appeal to the completion of the appellate process.

Mr. Metzinger has represented a broad spectrum of clients, including small and large businesses, non-profit organizations, public entities, television and print media, landowners, trusts and estates.

His practice encompasses such diverse matters as business torts and breach of contract claims, wrongful termination and employment claims, landowner and water disputes, trade secret disputes, estate claims and First Amendment claims.
