A.C. Postel passes away.

The Mission Rose Garden is renamed the "A.C. Postel Memorial Rose Garden" in honor of Postel.

1992-1996
The firm successfully represents the Montecito Water District in Jordan vs. City of Santa Barbara, a second major attempt to limit the south county cities' ability to impound flood flows from the Santa Ynez River.
